Just once can we actually have a judge who won the Reagan Conservative Award or something?

Well, in that case nobody needs to continue holding their breath and crossing their fingers, trying to guess the outcome.

It is not good that ANY judge is found to have been up for or received and special interest award IMO.

I agree. The judiciary should be neutral but we know better.

Jurors are disqualified for having a predisposition, but not judges who act like jurors.

She was very aggressive toward the DOJ lawyer even tried to bring in Trump’s bias against Muslims based on his campaign statements. We need to get judges who rule on the basis of the law instead of personal feelings and bias.

One would think that someone who won an ACLU LGBT award would take a dim view of throwing homosexuals from tall buildings, which is what Islam demands.

Possibly big buds with Elana Kagan?

Not a Mark Levin fan but Trump should put him on a bench. You wouldn’t have to worry about him legislating from the bench. People like him are absolutely needed as judges. When the Liberals complain, just keep pushing forward. Of course Republicans aren’t certain to vote for Conservative judges so I guess you never really know if the strategy would work

Right. They bitch when someone criticizes them, like they should be “hands off”

Then they go running to collect the next “honor” from the bigots at LBGT, NAACP, LaRaza, CAIR, ACLU

This beyotch should be excused from hearing the case. She’s clearly a pandering bigot

Yes, she was. She sounded like she was co-counsel for the refugee invaders.

" . . . won the ACLU of Southern California’s LGBT Award in 2009, according to the Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont."

No active judge should be allowed to accept any award from any organization. The potential for conflict of interest is enormous.

I think it will be up to Justice Kennedy to avoid a Constitutional crisis. He had better judge against this nonsense.

An lbgt award shouldn’t have anything to do with his ruling. He’s not voting on lbgt refugees.

No matter where you stand on Mark... One thing you can stand on is Mark’s love of the constitution. He always sides with it regardless of what others think. Now, sometimes we can disagree with his interpretation of it but at least that is where he goes for direction.

Unlike some of the current USSC justices that go to international law...
