Which is the predictable endgame when identity politics is a party’s sole focus: it spins out of control with the various identity groups who’ve been taught to hate other identity groups turning on each other sooner or later. Thus the Dems have the likelihood of their various factions, such as Muslims, Blacks, Hispanics, gender benders, and females each trying to claim superiority over the others in terms of who are the most down-trodden victims, and hate will be their weapon as that’s the sole means of expression they’ve been taught by their leaders.
With powerful, naked hatred being deliberately engendered within their ranks by the Dems and their anarchist allies, it is inevitable that that hatred turns within once the haters realize that their hatred against the Trump forces is having no effect.
Perez, who Hillary, desperate for a Hispanic running mate, had to pass on cause he was so unqualified that even Tim Kaine looked good in comparison.
But it took a "traveling freak show" (¶5) to produce it.
Perez is just as radical as Ellison. The reason the Dems are moving his direction is he is much better at disguising it.
