And when they can’t afford a place in Austin, the CA transplants buy homes in the small towns in the area, screwing them up with traffic that the roads were not built to handle. STAY OUT!!!

Colorado, Montana and Idaho all have had the same impact. Plus the Californicators usually carry their leftist political views with them

Austin, the sister city of San Francisco.

They deserve high taxes and high home prices.

You watch that Flip or Flop show, you see them purchase a crap box for $750,000 and sell it for $950,000. No thanks California.

““There were houses that were gutted that they wanted $200,000 for,” he said.”

In Austin $200,000 may buy you a shany.

The problem is, they don’t confine themselves or their leftist meddling to Austin/Travis County. The cancer spreads.

Yep. They f*cked up my state, drove up home prices, destroyed the public school system, legalized / embraced sodomy and illegal alien invaders and turned the once great state of California (and Oregon & Washington), and they are fleeing to greener pastures to replicate it again.

Liberals are a cancer.

Click we your borders now Texas. Turn them away by whatever means necessary. The zombies are coming for you next.

The lot that the shanty sits on is valued higher than that in Austin.

Colorado was Californicated (albeit with the low lifes infesting Boulder and Denver).

Hopefully, Texs will handle the infection.

But if they jack up Texas prices to Southern CA prices, none of the locals will be able to afford them and in comes the wealthy Arabs who'll by blocks of them and sell them to wealthy Chinese.

Otherwise, they'll need to give Texans big fat raises.☺
