In testimony provided before the California Senate's Public Safety Committee, Senate President Pro Tem Kevin De Leon (D-Los Angeles) decided to admit that "half of his family" is residing in the United States illegally and with the possession of falsified Social Security Cards and green cards. Lest you think we're exaggerating, here is the exact quote:
" I can tell you half of my family would be eligible for deportation under [President Donald Trumps] executive order, because if they got a false Social Security card, if they got a false identification, if they got a false drivers license prior to us passing AB60, if they got a false green card, and anyone who has family members, you know, who are undocumented knows that almost entirely everybody has secured some sort of false identification. Thats what you need to survive, to work. They are eligible for massive deportation."
The quote came from a hearing being held on SB54, a California Senate bill that was introduced by De Leon that would make the entire state of California a "Sanctuary State" (we discussed SB54 here: "California Considering Legislation To Become First Ever Sanctuary State"). Fast forward to the 1:27:00 mark for the relevant comments from De Leon:

Looks like a target rich enviroment.
Of course it they vote. Driver’s license, fake social security cards, everyone knows they vote.
“How many times did they vote?”
That is the questions that comes to mind when reading the story.
New citizen here. To my limited legel knowledge that sounds some significant confession of some sort frauds. If laws is strictly followed, half of hi family warrants arrest, am I not right ?
Wow!.The good people of the land of fruit and nuts apparently could care less. Good enough reason to be rid of that state.
It’s a new day when people brag about being lawbreakers. Strange times.

Notice all those "ifs" though. He's not saying they did or do, but IF they did or do.
Asking these liberals “Are you really that stupid?” does seem to have been taken up as a challenge.
Nope. No wall yet; they'll just walk back over with a new set of ID. Put 'em to WORK on the WALL! Pay 'em a pittance then send 'em back when it's finished.
Why limit to just SS fraud?
How many use the fake\stolen #’s to file EITC? We already know the IRS doesn’t do any validation checks (having read 20+ checks to the same address and the like)...
What laws do Citizens get to break w/ impunity? We already know those elected that break the law(s) face no punishment; why should We have it any less? Does not Equal Under the Law mean just that? 100yrs+ shown that to be false.
Don't the work credits on the same number all go to ONE individual? If you have several jobs that is the case; what about the other pretending to be you? Should go to your account and increase your benefit!

One of Trump's EOs goes after illegals who falsified govt documents.
Trumps order calls for targeting anyone who lied on federal employment forms........most of the 8 million jobholder illegals, a Pew report found, worked in violation of the law. They falsified federal employment forms stating they were legally allowed to work.
Trump needs to consider falsification of other documents......like welfare forms, EITC tax refund apps, school documents, birth certificates...and so on.
===================================
Falsifying Government Documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........
Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates
Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document
A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.
Falsifying govt documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility
Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.
The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
Paging Jeff Sessions............put this one on your list as soon as you are confirmed.
I found out by accident when I went to the Franchise Tax Board in California.. looking for copies of my W4 i game the my SSN and she ask me if is was (some Spanish name) that worked at such and such Sheet metal Factory in Santa Ana
When I told her no then she says you must be in they (gave me my correct name)
She's and told me that she made a mistake she's not supposed to say that without id
I'm going to Social Security multiple times you have to give the your id before they will tell anything about what's under your SSN and the only tell you what's under your name listed on the ID... they will neither confirm or deny any other names under that SSN
It a big scam the government runs the don not give a crap about multiple people using the same SSN
The government is collecting money under all those names under the s SSN so they are not going to turn off that cash inflow
Original Social Security Card
To apply for an original card, you must provide at least two documents to prove age, identity, and U.S. citizenship or current lawful, work-authorized immigration status. If you are not a U.S. citizen and do not have DHS work authorization, you must prove that you have a valid non-work reason for requesting a card. See page 2 for an explanation of acceptable documents.
(Page 2 ID drivers Lic. OK, false or not) but here is the lie part: Evidence of Age In general, you must provide your birth certificate. In some situations, we may accept another document that shows your age. Some of the other documents we may accept are: ● U.S. hospital record of your birth (created at the time of birth) ● Religious record established before age five showing your age or date of birth ● Passport ● Final Adoption Decree (the adoption decree must show that the birth information was taken from the original birth certificate
Now there's a thinking man.
This shows that PRESIDENT Trump, by restricting potential deportees to criminals, really hasn’t reduced that group by all that much.
How many of them vote, and vote multiple times???
If all of his relatives have been filing federal income tax returns with false credentials and using those credentials to secure tax benefits (refundable credits, as an example) the IRS could out most of them in jail for tax fraud and related crimes. Worked on Al Capone....
