Why don’t they just have a Judge say that Trump can’t be President anymore?
That’s a good question.
Leftist judges think they run foreign policy. It’s not hard to imagine them extending that to ruling the military. With the way they decide things, they don’t need a President.
And leftist judges should go ahead and raise taxes for themselves so that Congress is not needed as well.
Any leftist politicians left spinning in the wings by leftist judges taking over can be declared by these judges to be an aristocracy with income and benefits.
Yeah, that’s how they would like to see it end up.
I frankly expect them to do just that. Get their 9th circuit to rule Trump illegitimate, their 4-4 Supreme Court (5-3 with Kennedy) to back it up, and their pussified Obama military to stage a coup. You read it first here.
They won't do that, because that still leaves Pence. The judges will just rule that Schumer gets to nominate the Cabinet instead.
