I suspect as much .. and it’s just typical of both of them.
And, while Arnold was bragging about trading places with President Trump, Arnold’s term as GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA did not go all that well. In fact, I am confident our new President will be doing a much, much better job as President, than Arnold did as Governor.
This is also the reason I am laughing so much about Arnold’s statement.
If arnold fought as hard as governor as he does on screen or as hard as Trump does in the WH, he might have beaten the unions a few times in CAL. He took a couple of hard punches and then basically quit.
And .. Arnold QUIT because his wife at the time was ultra-liberal - and she was upstaging him; and making headlines almost everyday with her liberal spew.
California has never recovered from their treachery.
The laws were so bad, more than FOUR (4) MILLION CONSERVATIVES LEFT THE STATE.
This is why you don’t have ANY CONSERVATIVES IN THE STATE LEGISLATURE .. ALLOWING THEM TO RUN ROUGHSHOD OVER US ALL.
He did not ruin California!
There is NO WAY a Republican do anything in office. He or she is blocked by a solid legislature of DEMOCRATS who have been there and will be there for decades! He might have helped if anything could have been done.
California is entrenched.
Really .. I live here .. and he did a lot of damage.
He tried to make people believe he was “Republican” .. when all the time his ULTRA-LIBERAL WIFE was really in control. She was horrible .. and stopped anything.
“Republican” has been a dirty word here ever since. I call that DAMAGE; and as a result, any Republican who could leave - left - and took all the jobs with them.
OK....you have a point. He didn’t help, after 2 years he gave up and joined them.
I think it’s a fake fight to garner publicity for a TV show.
