My thought is that the 9th Circuit would be wise to overturn the lower court decison.

They could nitpick some aspect to give the Dems a partial ‘victory’.

I agree...but I just wrote....another court can pop up with a "so called judge"....

I say legislate the 9th circuit into a status of non-existence, and then create two new District Courts with strict Constitutionalists!

I’m so sick of litigants venue shopping for an outcome, intstead of using the courts for the dispensation of justice.
