Sometimes it is important to make a statement. The House could do that about this judge usurping both the power of the president and that of congress.

Ryan, McCain, McConnell, Graham and a few others are Soros-bots; won’t happen. Trump needs to call them out and make their lives miserable. Preibus better get his friend, Ryan, in line.

The Senate should set up a standing committee on impeachment to flush out all the garbage Obama, the twin Bushes and Clinton polluted the federal courts with.

The judge is an islamist facilitator and should be impeached on that basis.

Simply make the judge personally responsible for any damage to US national security that results from his decision to override the elected CINC

Is this how we want our country to be secured? By judges overruling our elected NCA in exercising their Constitutional duties?

Bring it on
Sadly some people will die as a result

I wouldn’t impeach or talk about it just yet, I’d just let it play out. When you simplify the argument, it’s I’m doing this to keep us safe VS. something else and the argument to keep us safe will always win esp when it doesn’t involve the infringement of the rights of US citizens.

The more court cases we have the more press that argument gets. It will become increasingly clear to the public that if Trump loses, they lose, and if he wins, they win.

No matter what, time we yield in Trump’s favor even if the USSC were to strike it down bc they are coming and blood will be spilled. Pictures of women and children dead and a President who says I tried to stop this will THEN create the will to impeach judges and scorn the left for literally endangering the lives of ordinary people.

I’m NOT happy to say that or rooting for this as I pray it never happens no matter the court rulings, but this an equally likely outcome.

I agree that the judge is horrible and needs to go. I have doubts that the Senate will have 67 votes to remove.

How about another option?

Just eliminate that judicial district and eliminate the funding for this judge using the House’s power of the purse. Simply lay the judge off.

Congress needs to pass legislation eliminating the 9th Circuit, absorbing those states into other circuits. They should also eliminate all districts populated by activist judges.

There is precedent for this and it has withstood SCOTUS review. See the Judiciary Act of 1802.

http://www.fjc.gov/history/home.nsf/page/landmark_04.html

Since that is a budgetary action, my view is this can pass via reconciliation, which only needs majority votes in House and Senate.

I even have a name for it - The Judiciary Operational Yoke or JOY Act of 2017.

I still feel confident that Trump will prevail here, even though this is a pain in the butt.

I believe that Trump’s order caught the globalists off guard. I also believe hat there were some persons they desperately wanted to get into the country. Subsequently, I believe this order by the judge, shopped out to the 9th circuit, is a head fake that they know will not stand, however, in the meantime they are free to bring in any persons they desire during the delay. Justice should be scouring the fly lists.

"The basis for Judge Robart’s order was not the national security of the United States or the proven threat of terrorism immigration from these countries; it was that the plaintiff state (Washington) would be irreparably harmed because, "The Executive Order adversely affects the States' residents in areas of employment, James L. Robarteducation, business, family relations, and freedom to travel... In addition, the States themselves are harmed by virtue of the damage implementation of the Executive Order has inflicted upon the operations and missions of their public universities and other institutions of higher learning, as well as injury to the States' operations, tax bases, and public funds." ...he can't prove any of this.

Naw, let him be..... Judge James Robart is proving himself to be just another useful idiot....

Bring the impeachment vote to congress. Use the rule of law.

If the judge used the law and constitution, acquit him.

If the Judge used his opinion to over rule the president, Impeach him and revoke his law license.

Enough of no consequence for Judges going rouge.

Can’t do it right now, because the Democrats would block conviction in the senate.

However... In two years, if President Trump and the Republicans play their cards right, they could win a *yuge* prize, to which the Democrats are very vulnerable.

11 Democrat senate seats are now regarded as “vulnerable”. If there is an election “massacre” of Democrats, the Republicans could have close to, or even an absolute majority in the senate.

A victory so powerful that impeaching federal judges would be far down the list, beyond constitutional amendments such as the balanced budget amendment, an anti-abortion amendment, etc.

Impeach, charge with treason.

If there's an attack from any of the seven (or more) muslim terrorist nations, hang the bastard.

And impeach, try and hang the entire Ninth Circus Court.

Without the example of a rotten anti Constitutional judge being impeached, President Trump’s America will fail because of criminal courts.

Any judge who exceeds his authority and effectively countermands the president ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE 100% INCORRECT is unfit for office and should be immediately impeached.

We can’t have every federal judge in the country thinking they can control the president by court order whenever they disagree with him.

REMEMBER CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS “ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES”

I think that every second of this judge’s life needs to be put on the table. All the way back to his high school year book. Put him on the defensive; make him explain everything he has done in the last 60 years.
