Robart is bringing disrepute on the court. He has abused the authority of the court by issuing orders having no basis in law.

Maybe another judge or a member of the Bar’s Ethics Committee will file a formal complaint about Robart’s unprofessional and possibly unethnical behavior, which could lead to an investigation and possible suspension from his seat.
