Building the Wall will DECIMATE the Drug Cartels and the Drug Trade, we Spend Billions of Dollars annually to keep Hundreds of Thousands Government Employee Union Members Employed fighting the War on Drugs. 3 out 4 Police Officers, Judges,DA’s,Clerks,Lawyers,Prison guards,Probation,Parole,..... are employed as a result. If you think we are going to close the border and end this Highly Coveted and Lucrative Enterprise, you are either STUPID or Believe in Unicorns.

Illegals cost us $360 billion EVERY YEAR. The estimated one shot cost of Trump Wall is estimated between $14-20 billion. Regardless, it will be subsidized by Mexico.
Paul Ryno already said the other day that congress was going to allocate about $10 billion for the wall.

If I remember right the reason the bill for building the wall was never implemented is they voted to take away the funding. The bill is still there just no funding for it.
