If there is any way Trump can deny visas for those countries, I am all for that.

There ARE courts, the administration’s case before them is very strong, but they don’t take pleadings on Twitter, and if there’s one thing that will turn a a friendly judge into a hostile one is calling a legally appointed Federal judge a “so called judge”.
