Now only vigilance can be the barrier for the short term until their new system, which I think will be much like what Israel does, is implemented. That may not be until next year after Gorsuch is seated in addition to one more after Kennedy retires. He only hired one clerk for this term which many believe is a signal he is winding down to that point, but who knows, maybe it could be sooner. Then we have RBG who even the libs are fretting about. Her seat could be the epic battle where the leftists really cash all of their chips in and loose Bigly.
Then there is the other side of the ICE picture in that say those are allowed to board the planes and land but now comes the magic question of how do they get through customs. That is the one barrier that they cannot get around.
I agree, but how much longer until they grow up? Last week my baby had a stomach virus and was throwing up repeatedly for 24 hours. He kept asking for a bottle of milk. I had to keep saying no and just giving him small amounts of water. He thought I was just being mean to deny him and cried. Trump is acting the same way toward the crybaby Dems. It is kind of him to do so, but it is rough to watch their tantrums.
I agree with your thoughts on waiting until Gorsuch is in. I was wondering why wait to get rid of the Johnson Act and then it hit me. The President mentions it but perhaps he’s waiting until he’s in the Court. They are saying Kennedy will retire in the next few months so hopefully we’ll have another conservative on the court.
I am not sure if you are familiar with the Hannity interview with Laura Ingraham and Jay Sekulow where they said there will be another vacancy due to a retirement in 3-4 months. Both seemed very sure about it. Wow, that will pour gas on the Libs hair which is already on fire.
