I watch Cops and have noted the women cops cannot handle a male when he is not cooperating. It’s almost laughable! I see these women 5’2” and wonder how in the heck they made it through the rigorous training to become a police officer.
Well, I don't know. I have seen women in movies kick butt on men twice their size, so I know what you say is false.
(Right?)
They didn’t.
They lowered the standards.
This isn’t just limited to gender. I believe they have lowered other standards to increase minority involvement in the departments too.
They make it through training by not having to preform to the same standards as male officers.
And by getting a pass by management.
