At these salaries, I find it difficult to belive they had financial issues.

it took them a year to figure out these people cannot be trusted? it also sounds like friends and family getting each other cushy jobs with access to valuable info. Good God.

Given that Saudi Arabia was involved with Pakistan, I’ll bet there are all kinds of connections here. This is so ridiculous that I have to hunt for lousy jobs while fundamental treason is openly-financed. I’d look to the State Department as well.
