Obviously the judge who struck down the EO overrides the one who did not.

However, having judges arrive at opposing opinions on the same data illustrates the problem that these judges apply whatever standard they want to themselves, and that is too much power to give to a person.

Ripe for abuse as has just been demonstrated.

But, do you know why??? They are both Federal judges, yes?
