Why haven't these folks been working from 6 AM till 3AM the next day to hold confirmation votes?
Great question. They need to set a target for the day and he should hold them there until it’s done
No wonder they can’t pass a budget. They can’t even do the simplest of tasks possible. Several have cleared committee and are ready for a floor vote. Get er done.
Agreed. I can understand wanting to get De Vos confirmed befor Sessions but why not schedule them one after another. Maybe he has to work on Snow and The other one
I hate to be a conspiracy theorist but am I the only one who thinks republicans are covering for democrats so they don’t have to be on record in these hearings?
POTUS TRUMP IS DEALING WITH COURT DELAYS OF HIS EO ON 7 COUNTRY IMMIGRATION PAUSE AND HE STILL HAS NO AG?
GIVE THE POTUS HIS LAWYER NOW.

Sessions will be the last cabinet nominee confirmed imply because he can vote on the others. Once he is confirmed, the GOP will only have 51 votes until his replacement is in place.
Trump is getting us used to a packed and fast-moving schedule. I was just thinking this morning of writing my DC senators and congressman, and asking if their schedules for the week are posted somewhere. I would like to know, “What did you do this week to implement Trump’s agenda, specifically?” But then I remembered that one of them is Sen. Casey, whose list includes inciting riots and protests, etc. But even the Republicans don’t seem very efficient about getting results. I love Trump’s statement about “all talk, no action.” That certainly applies to the legislative branch, and I hope Trump and his staff have some ideas and methods to light a fire under their collective a$$.
These establishment hacks are not up to any task to make anything but themselves great.
AG doesn’t handle this
A G is like a DA they prosecute.
The solicitor General is the attorney for the executive branch/government
And will defend this thru the legal system
Last I heard the position was either to be filled by George Conway kellyAnne’s husband or another competent attorney
They SG also is part of the Justice department
WORK HARDER and LONGER!!!
He’s not as young as he used to be.
I know it is too much to ask of the likes of McConnell and Ryan who can’t even move fast on getting Pres Trump’s cabinet confirmed, BUT, the drafters of the Constitution saw how the Judiciary could become dictatorial and put in place the capability of the Congress to limit what the Judiciary (i.e. judges) could hear and rule on. Congress could limit the Judiciary’s ability to rule on immigration matters, but alas, the Repubs don’t have the spine to do so.
If he needs, Trump, Conway, Banon, reddit/The_Donald, FR, friends on twitter, etc to light fires under some arses, well just let the people know and we can burn the barn down.
