High Court rejects new bid to block Brexit

The attempt for another legal challenge to block Brexit has been rejected by the High Court in what is good news for all of us who want to see the process moving forward.

Pro-EU campaigners had argued that Parliament would have to legislate to take the UK out of the single market and the European Economic Area, but that argument has been rejected.

Up until this Parliament vote of this week....I would have said this was all still 50-50. At this point, I’d say it’s a 99-percent chance to go forward, with the timing left as the only question mark. It won’t happen in 2017 as far as I can see. This humorous story of the UK having to pay off the EU with 40-billion Euro amused a lot of folks (it’ll never happen). The Brits might offer them 12.50 Pounds....just as a joke and to see how they take it.
