You want to end a city like Los Angeles from being a “sanctuary city”?
Trump should tell them they have 30 days to comply with Federal Law or he will close down the customs offices at LAX and the Port of Los Angeles.
No international flights in or or out of LAX and no international shipments in or out of the Port of Los Angeles.
They will fold like a cheap tent on day 2.
I’ve never been a California-basher here (as my state of NJ suffers from many of the same afflictions), but these stories make me wonder if it is true (as often claimed) that lib states pay much more to Washington DC than they ever get back. On the one hand I can imagine the taxes reaped from some industries, but on the other I know a lot of money is being cycled back to them to maintain Welfarian populations. The Reconquista of California is being undertaken by Mexicans benefiting from federal “freebies” (SNAP, school lunch program, fake disability SS, etc.).
I bet that money will slowly disappear.
Build the wall with it.
