That is, he laid a bundle of cash on the NYPD’s principal labor union, the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, settling the city’s last major outstanding labor contract.

The great irony is that the Marxist-in-short-pants De Blasio is only able to have the position he does, because he skims massive taxes from NYC’s banks and top oligarchs, who themselves sit atop the fading, crony-capitalist system of massive Federal Reserve debt and fiat currency the USA’s over-financialized economy.

So true; the Dems aren’t the party of the working man, but only the political arm of the public employee unions. They funnel our money through those unions to their commissars (the Dem politicians).
That is why Dems had no problem screwing American workers (many unionized but working in the private sector) in favor of open borders; the payoff is all the teaching jobs saved and created by a new generation of “customers”...
