Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg found needs and fulfilled them in their 20's and there are lots more that didn't come from money that made it as well...

You don’t necessarily need a lot of money to start a business. One can start small, whether fixing PCs, free-Lance contracting, etc, and let it build. I started my business out of my home.
