Maybe, just maybe it’s possible that the administration had information not available to Rove and the other talking heads. Why do they assume they have the complete picture? A-holes like Rove have no clue that the #1 job of the government is to protect the people of the country, regardless of convenience for reporters or rapefugees. It was rolled out quickly so the jihadis trying to get in as refugees had no warning they were being cut off.
