One thing about Bean, though, is their quality is outstanding. I don’t know if they still have this policy, but they ised to replace shoes that would wear out too early......but that was some years back.

I know that their quality USED to be outstanding.
I quit paying their big prices when I read “imported” on nearly everything they sell now.
Why pay American prices for something made in a 3rd world country?

I have Bean garments easily over 20 years old. I have a pair of Maine Hunting Shoes 25 years old. Resoled 3 times. (Uppers fine) I have a pair with the felt liners 18 years old. Used every winter for ice fishing or general use in snow. Way worth the initial investment.
