Davis is serving a life sentence for the 1969 slayings of musician Gary Hinman and stuntman Donald “Shorty” Shea.

He was supposed to be put to death, so moonbeam will let him out. Jerry loves letting people on death row out of prison. Forget the number but he has let out very many who have killed people from prison.

He’s stopped the parole of at least one other Manson follower.

There’s some hope, FRiend.

Moonbeam denied parole to Leslie Van Houten over the parole boards recommendation, hopefully he’ll do the same with this murderer.

He murdered two people in cold blood. He should stay locked up. No matter how old he gets he can still pull a trigger.

He looks about 50 years younger in this photo. So much guilt he has.

Mr. Davis was considered Chucks “right hand man”, and spent 1968 in London, something to do with Scientology. The whole deal is a really sick study in Satanism, mind control, New Process church, and craziness on an unimagineable level.

I’m not a particularly “religious” person, but it sure seems like these folks have summoned up something or were possesed by demons or whatever.

The effect is certainly the same, so why quibble over particulars?

Yes, he's a suspect in a murder in London during that period. He might get parole because he wasn't at Tate-LaBianca, though.
