“I’ve found listening to Shawn SpicEr is a daily necessity when reading the news today. The EO was cleared by her own Dept of Justice - she chose NOT to follow the law that her own dept said WAS LEGAL - that’s why she was fired !!!”

_____________________________________________________

Mr. Spicer was on fire today. He doesn’t let these media lies go unnoticed.

He said the EO had been cleared thoroughly. She chose not to do her job.

Everything currently being published by the msm is designed as an attack on Trump and by extension, us.

It's a part of the organized and well-funded globalist network that is deathly afraid of what an independent citizenry can do their lucrative business model.

This battle has only begun and all of us must rise to the call.

He should’ve fired EVERY 0bama appointee. Truth, integrity, loyalty and patriotism are not in the vocabulary of any of the members of Hussein’s regime.

Trump is the secret illegitimate son of Adolph Hitler—so waking up in the morning, breathing, means he has no respect for the law. If done by Obama or President Hillary Clinton, these would be praised for the wisdom of Solomon—but being Trump, being a Republican means he is always wrong. the only good thing he can do is die and be replaced by a Democrat.

Yates was Acting AG within Trump’s Justice Department. Some are attempting to compare Yates’ firing to Archibald’s Cox’s firing. But by statute, Cox could only be fired for cause, so what Nixon wanted was illegal. However, with Yates, Trump’s EO falls within the guidelines of settled law, Section 1182(f), so Trump was not asking her to do something illegal in defending his EO in court. She just disagreed with the EO without citing legal rationale, while blathering about whether the EO was wise or just (not the call of an Acting AG). The semi-honorable thing to do would have been to resign, but she wanted to give hacks like these writers another pointless talking point so she forced Trump into a position of having to fire her.

Can you imagine a CEO firing someone for not adhering to his policies?

Why I never!!!

In concept, I do agree with people saying no if a president does something clearly unconstitutional, or illegal. This wasn’t one such occurrence.

If she thought it was, so be it. He doesn’t need to keep her around. He has a right to expect his directives to be respected and enforced.

Really? Trump has no respect for the law because he fired a bureaucrat who refused to enforce the law? It’s mind boggling!!

BenLurkin :" She was fired for not enforcing the law...and that means Trump doesn’t respect the law? "

She was fired for INSUBORDINATION !
and failure to follow HER BOSS' ORDER !
Since she works for the Executive Division, she works for the President !
The office of Attorney General has been politicized and infected by Obama,
just as is EPA, IRS, Dept.of ENERGY, BATF, PARK SERVICE, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT
It's time to select out those who are political operatives ,who prefer party over general welfare of the country !

The POLS, basically both sides, are so used to this so called play along to get along etc and making their own rules as they go that they do not know how to handle a BUSINESS MAN...

If I am working for Trump Construction as a Superintendent and he ‘suggests’ that we hire his BIL for a job and I, in my role, hire MY BIL, I may be 100% right, his BIL is a real jack off BUT since the name on the Building and the name at the bottom of my check are the same, you can figure I will no longer be associated with either.

NO MATTER how right or wrong I may have been.

That is the mindset they are playing against and, until ‘they’ impeach him, they will be playing by his rules or standing on the outside looking in.

This ‘idiot’ mayor in DC has virtually declared ‘war’ on the Trump Administration, declaring min wage, trying to put through weeks of paid ‘feel good’ leave, sanctuary city, statements about WHO is in charge etc etc etc...

SO, it was and is no real surprise that a Congressional committee has been formed to review the ‘Home Rule’ status and where it will be in the future, after a 2 year ‘study’.
Like they say

“F... with the Bull and you may get the Horn”

Trump has no respect for the fifth columnists left behind by Obama to sabotage the new administration. The swamp draining is just beginning and it’s going to take the first 4 years just to make a dent.

“”Senator, I believe that the attorney general or the deputy attorney general has the obligation to follow the law and the Constitution, and to give their independent legal advice to the president,” Yates said.”

Unless you are a Democrat in which case the DOJ is a political weapon.

The AG can have a difference of opinion up to the firing point. After that it is flouting the law, by not executing a command. And Trump is really well experienced in deciding when to say, "You're fired!"
