The C-level execs and any employees who travel demand proximity to an airport with excellent connections. We’ve watched that play out in the Greensboro, NC area since country club dwelling fools were allowed to prevent an airline hub with their ignorant protests over noise back in the 80’s. It went to Charlotte. Corporate headquarters have been dwindling since.

Exactly. It’s one of the reasons Atlanta is home to so many Fortune 500 HQs and regional offices. For foreign companies, Porsche, Mercedes, and Siemens, Kia come to mind as having a big presence here, along with many others.

Greensboro missed the boat on that one, RC. The ongoing corporate attrition rate there is like watching someone wither away with terminal cancer.
