Many of the dominant images from President Trump’s first 10 days in office make it look as if the country is turning on him. The millions who protested him at women’s marches across the country. The thousands who jammed airports over the weekend to support immigrants and refugees hurt by his travel ban.
Nevertheless, it’s unlikely any of this early backlash will mean much to the swing-state voters who sent Trump to the White House to deliver a message that the political system wasn’t working for them.
“Is the white, blue-collar voter in Pennsylvania going to be upset by all that (turmoil of the first week)? Not at all,” said G. Terry Madonna, director of the Center for Politics and Public Affairs at Franklin & Marshall College and one of Pennsylvania’s leading pollsters.
Trump secured an upset victory in that state by winning over longtime Democratic voters in the steel and coal country of western Pennsylvania after he promised to bring back those jobs without ever offering a plan as to how he would do it.
“They like the language he uses; they like that he wants to put the curbs on immigration. They believe it takes their jobs away,” said Madonna, who runs the Franklin & Marshall poll. “They’re not the people out there demonstrating. They like it, because he’s doing what he said he would be doing.”(continued)

This article is on point. While the heathen left rages, most of the rest of the country is fine with it or at the very least not going to jump ship over just a week of his administration. The optics is fooling the liberals and anti trumpers that’s it’s the beginning of the end of President Trump but the truth is out there in flyover country. The only thing is that the Republicans have to pass the tax cut and regulation bills

I don’t believe that love is a strong enough word to describe my feelings about the first 10 days.
I’m going to go with the phrase “Shock and Awe”.
Please, please, please keep protesting. America is watching and support for Trump continues to grow. The protestors are Trumps best recruiting tools.
First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win .... then you win so dam much every day that your face hurts from laughing.

All the winning is great but what is even better is seeing the other side (the filthy treasonous traitors) continue to lose over and over and over...

Actually, that voter is thinking, "Cr@p like this is why I voted for Trump."
Finally a politician that gets it.
Keep the base happy. Trying to please everyone is a sure way to lose, because you lose your base in the process.
