You're so right in your post. I figure the dems will lay low in the upcoming SCOTUS hearing and will hold their fire for the SECOND appointment opening.

The upcoming appointment and subsequent approval by the senate won't change the makeup of the court because one constitutional conservative will replace the deceased one.

The SECOND Trump nomination WILL obviously re-shape the court...and this GOP nominee will get the Bork treatment by the liberal axe-wielding inquisitioners like we've never seen before!
