Of all the world’s leaders who I have seen in TV interviews over the last 25 years, there isn’t a single one of them — including any U.S. president — who seems to have the grasp of geopolitics and diplomacy that King Abdullah of Jordan brings to the table. The Trump administration would be wise to pay close attention to him.

I'll admit that I have a serious man crush on the King.
A friend told me that he was sitting in some bleachers watching a Jordanian military capability demonstration and a team of Jordanian paratroppers jumped in. One of the paratroopers marched over to the bleachers and it was the king himself.
