That would keep Jews out too.

I would expect that the number of Jews from Syria (or other radical Muslim countries) wanting to immigrate to America, rather than Israel, would be virtually a null set.

Lying about being a Christian worked for Obama.

They lie, and do it easily. Often, but not always, they will close their eyes when lying about their belief of Jesus. To damage or mock their Koran would just inflame the press and protesters, but one could hand them a Koran and a Bible, and ask them to put them on a nearby set of shelves. It is an outrage against the Koran to put ANY book on a higher shelf or position than the Koran. I would be surprised to see a practicing muslim put a Koran under or beneath another book.

A good interrogator would be able to trip up a faker. Get a mooselimb engaged in conversation, begin speeding up the questions, get assertive with them in their language. A mooselimb will give themselves away in the heat of the argument.

Wikipedia says there are only 9 Jews left in Syria, so yes.

But (also according to Wikipedia) there are almost as many Syrian Jews in the US as there are in Israel.

I'm curious - are these Syrian Jews recent immigrants, or did they come Syria many years ago? I'd be surprised if it was the former.

Another acceptable test for the prospective immigrants would be to have them spit on a copy of the Koran as part of their admission check.

Their baptismal certificate should be on file in their parish office.

Starting in the 1890s and pretty much ending in the 1990s. No idea about when the high point was. There aren’t that many Jews left in Syria now.

Most churches keep attendance records. It isn’t difficult.

RE: Most churches keep attendance records. It isn’t difficult.

Where are you going to get the attendance records of churches that have been gutted in these places?

I’ve never gone to a church that takes attendance. My church doesn’t believe in actual membership either. Nor do we have baptismal records. Evangelicals don’t participate in infant baptism so there are no records.

I’m a Christian. If you burned my Bible, I wouldn’t get all upset. It’s just leather and paper. Nothing holy or sanctified about it. Once, my Bible got wrecked when a quart of paint spilled on it. Oops. Into the trash it went.

RE: Their baptismal certificate should be on file in their parish office.

The problem with that is the parish offices and the church have been burned down into non-existence.
