Why can’t all the Muslim “refugees” go to rich Muslim countries? Why can’t Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Dubai, etc. take them all in, pay for their living expenses and put them on a path to citizenship in those countries?

Where does it say that we are obligated to take these people anyhow?
And why don’t the other Muslim countries pony up to take them; surely they would be happier among their own kind.
