Eighty-seven percent of the world’s 1.6 billion Muslims are not affected by President Donald Trump’s Friday decision to temporarily withhold visas from citizens of seven Middle Eastern countries. Approximately thirteen percent of the world’s Muslims, or 199.4 million out of up to 1.6 billion, live in those seven countries, according to a 2015 Pew Research Report, “The Future of World Religions: Population Growth Projections, 2010-2050.”

Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952:
“Whenever the president finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrant’s or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
Obama used this same law at least six times between 2010 and 2014 against people in Iraq, Iran, Syria, and Crimea without even a whimper from the ACLU, ADL, John McCain, Chuck You Schumer, Hillary, Mark Zuckerberg, Hollywood elites, or the establishment globalist media. These types are the tolerant liberals. Amazing how that works.
That doesn’t fit the “Trump is a racist white male” narrative though so the left will disregard it and continue to make us all less safe by interfering with the execution of national security directives which is pretty freaking unprecedented btw.

President Obama signed into law in 2015 travel restrictions from these 7 countries: Sudan, Yemen, Libya, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Somalia.
President Trump simply expanded the law.
And that is so awesome. Let’s see if we can jack it up into the 90 percentile.

All of those moderate muslims around the world bow down in allegiance to Mecca (in SA) 5 times a day every day and never speak out against Saudi law and policy.
People need to learn that Islam is not a religion, but a virulent political ideology of conquest, domination and subjugation. It happens to have a religious element. It is war, terror, pillaging, looting, enslavement and rape.

As a sovereign state, the US has the right to control its borders. This means that ANY immigrant can be turned away for any reason. There is no question that the US can legally ban immigration from the seven countries named in the EO. The lefies, as usual, are confused. Entry into a foreign nation is not a right, it’s a privlege. The US need not extend this privlege to anyone, especially those who may be a threat to the citizens.
The real question is whether this is a move that is beneficial to the US or not. Again, a no-brainer; there have certainly been terrorists infiltrating the refugees from Syria. There is no way to vet any immigrants coming from these countries. How can any POTUS who takes the task of securing the nation seriously fail to take action on this matter?

That’s disappointing. He should keep all of them out permanently, except those who publicly renounce Islam and the Koran.
The media claims it is a Muslim ban because the countries listed are predominantly Muslim. If that is the case, why isn’t the media saying that the wall on the Mexican border is being built to keep out Catholics since Mexico is predominantly Catholic? Of course the answer is that calling it a Muslim ban maintains the “Islamaphobic Trump” narrative and if they called it a Catholic wall the pro-abortion leftists may actually support it.
