President Trump talked about this somewhat in a few of his rallies, he said that he couldn't see why these countries couldn't get together and fix the country and build back the countries with a military of their own and bring their people back from Germany, France, Turkey...

I don't remember the exact wording, but he did mention Egypt and a few other countries...

Nobody seems to want the Palestinians. Maybe ISIS, but not many other organizations. Hamas only uses them as crowd cover for bomb making facilities and the knife wielders they send into Israel.
