Trump should stay the course as he has always done. He makes the best decision with the facts at hand, i.e. terrorists can come into the country, and that needs to stop. The facts haven’t changed, so no need to change policy.

I predict that we shall see many future attempts to use the Judiciary to try to undermine the laws, regulations, and executive orders. The key for success is to make things done strictly by the Constitution and to make it a high crime and misdemeanor for a federal judge to oppose the Constitution.
It’s way past time that the judges experienced some checks and balances. It’s there in the Constitution.

The ruling will be overturned I am sure but the manner that it is overturned and the PRESENTATION AND COMMAND PRESENCE in which it is struck down is what is important here as it will color and influence all future trysts by progressives and their minions.
The President will go to war with the Left immediately and in my view, he must make this case a show for all to know that he’s not to be messed with.

Take the ‘refugees’ to a detention center - expedite the processing to a few hours. Put them on planes to the airport from whence they came..

That would violate the court order but I agree something must be done. I wish it were possible to fly them to GITMO but that would inflame the situation further and harm the President.
