A wall alone is not sufficient. Trump needs to relocate a number of military bases at intervals along the border and have them constantly patrol as they do in Israel. You can’t build a wall high enough or deep enough to prevent those determined to get across. All it will do is slow them down long enough to permit their arrest IF there are sufficient troops in place to respond to the incursions.
