Obama forced the US military to abandon 2500 fully equipped Hummers in Iraq, and that was the foundation of ISIS.
One of the news items I show to people when I'm trying to open their eyes to the fact that the US govt largely created the ISIS threat. But no, most of them still refuse to see it.
