California, in millions of votes:
2012 Obama got about 6.5 to 4.2 for Romney
2016 Clinton got about 8.8 to 4.5 for Trump

It doesn't make sense that Clinton would have done that much better than Obama, not 2.3 million votes better. In Illinois the votes were about the same in 2016 as in 2012. Neither California nor Illinois were competetive, so what was the difference ? Illegal votes; now California is more corrupt than Illinois.
