We’ve been trying to dump Nelson (D-FL) for years. Not able to find a good R to run against him. There are too many libs in central/south Florida to fix him.
Especially if Trumps agenda now has the backing of the unions. There goes their funding if they oppose Trump.
Though the Democrats have to defend 23 seats, 11 of those seats are described as “vulnerable”, versus only two of the seats held by Republicans up for reelection.
But wait, there’s more. Since they were elected, several of the Democrats states have turned solidly Republican, that is, their state legislature and their governor. This makes it much harder for Democrat senators and congressmen.
And one more twist: if any Democrat senator or representative in these states drops dead, which does happen, their replacement will almost certainly be Republican.
Exactly!...and use our laws as a carrot....We are still excepting immigrants daily.... but... the line forms on the OTHER-SIDE of our borders!!!....
Once they are taught there will be ABSOLUTELY NO LINE JUMPING....the smart ones will race home to get in line (self-deport)....the ones that remain if caught will go on a NO CITIZENSHIP LIST (similar to our No Fly List) and be deported anyway....Make it an easy choice for them.....The only path to citizenship is the 1st rule of citizenship... ....FOLLOW THE LAW!!!
(Trump could air a monthly meeting for the MSM to welcome all our new citizens.....Kinda a public service announcement of how our system works....)
Great chart. Thanks. I would say Florida, Indiana, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, and Ohio would be the top 6 plays. Wisconsin next. Then make a play for Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
After a long vacation, Obongo will be back to organize dems for the mid-term election, just as he promised.
You betcha, Red!
Trump and his brain trust are not foolish enough to charge massive voter fraud without evidence already in their hands.
The investigation will merely publicly pinpoint the locations, the perps and the numerical details.
It's similar to the old axiom that attorneys shouldn't ask questions of the testifiers in the witness chairs IF THEY DON'T ALREADY KNOW THE ANSWERS.
"Will you walk into my parlor?", said the President to the flies, " 'tis the prettiest little parlor that you ever did apprise !"
Leni
McConnell should make sure this is played to bolster his need to do the same when Sen Schmucky blocks DJT45's nominee.
I accidentally had CNN on for a second and their headline was something like ...Investigation of (Debunked) Voter Fraud
What liars.
Leni,
I woke up this morning with Trump on my mind. I hear this Godfather like voice telling that the Mexican government need to treat the United with respect, and I start to laugh.
We are seeing what it was like at the dawn of this country, when we had real alpha males in power. He is his own man, surrounded by great men and women.
He’s not backing down, and he’s asking for our support.
Regarding your comments about paying more...Here’s my thought. Nafta has been great for us consumers. The quality of the produce the price was never seen here before Nafta.
But at what expense?
Trump’s threat to slap 20% on goods from Mexico, is going to make their tomatoes 20% higher than those grown here.
So, seriously? You’re at Publix or Piggly Wiggly and there’s Mexican tomatoes for $3.99 per pound and there’s some from USA for $3.50 per pound, youre going to buy American.
Penata’s approval ratings are down to 12%. Yes, there’s a chance that if we may be introducing someone worse, but the guy has drug cartel dealings. He’s a rat, and I think Trump doesn’t have to deal with the guy. We hold the cards.
We hold the cards with China too, even more so.
We have to field good people. Our president, like Reagan, has to be popular at the time so he can campaign for them.
I think Kaine is vulnerable. I think Warren is vulnerable. I think Joe Manchin is going to come to our side eventually.
We may pick up two or three. Beyond that is going to take real coordination.
Allowing democrats to count without adult supervision is also big problem. Allows the to stuff ballot box
True words
There are a lot of cross-over voters who vote one way in the Presidential race, but defend their Senators/HOR critters due to their representatives focusing on State/local issues.
Rep TODD Rocata R-IN was attorney general when Indiana decertified a certain voting system still used in some purple states. (It was changing the vote )
Because of the 100%+ votes in some areas he wrote our voter ID law. He also took that voter ID law to SCOTUS and won. I’m sure he will be more than happy to contribute his expertise to any committee formed
Spot on, Ray. Great idea and posts.
