Well, the group that expelled her was for former SS agents. Active-duty SS agents could be given "associate membership", and, to my understanding, this is what she had, and from which she was expelled.
That is the way I read it too.
Nope, she was an associate member of a retired agent's group, but still an active agent.
And not just any ole agent, but the SAIC of the Denver district, aka "The Boss".
No she is not retired yet which is why she is only an associate member of the organization. You have to be retired in good standing to be a full member.
She will spend the rest of her career counting paperclips in in DC.
