Saving a few taxpayer dollars.
CDC is a money pit. And like universities they stage research that isn’t really research due to confirmation bias in order to get the bucks.
It is FAR more important than saving a few direct dollars for the meeting. This begins to kill the snowball rolling down the hill effect that has been gathering for 30+ years. Stop all these confabs at luxurious settings, shut down all government “science” labs studying this, and end all government support for graduate students on climate and the problem will begin to go away.
I think it was more expense related. Every cabinet nominee who should speak to climate change has agreed that climate change is occurring. I believe one has even acknowledged a human component. None have said the human cause is the significant issue.
I watched one female scientist who’d been shunned on one of the shows last week. She said she doesn’t deny climate change or a bit of a human component.
So, she said, that placed her in the so-called “98%” who accept climate change with a human component.
However, she said the issue is HOW LARGE is the human component. She’s been blackballed because she is on record stating that’s far from an answered question yet.
Not only do they require you believe, they also want the correct doctrine, and they want the doctrine believed down to the smallest teaching.
The warmist religion truly is a religion.
Actually, they are properly called the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Climate Scientology.
