One other reason I thought of: during the Truman administration, the CIA decided to infiltrate European socialist groups and cultivate left-wing intellectuals as a way of countering Soviet influence on these groups. This unfortunately also left the door open for socialist influence to creep West. Which brings me to one other reason: the CIA used its media operations to shut Joseph McCarthy down under orders from Eisenhower—who viewed McCarthy as a potential Hitler—after the FBI reported to Eisenhower that Joseph Kennedy was considering backing McCarthy for President in 1956; this left a stigma against anyone who tried to expose Communist influence.
I bet you’re right on that. Ayers is hawking his own new book right now.

It would appear a Sessions DOJ RICO investigation is appropriate for these enemies of our Constitution and purveyors of violence and subversion against the American people and our Constitution. Obviously, the previous DOJ and Obama were either purposefully ignoring them or in collusion with these domestic enemies.
Thank God for groups like the Oath Keepers, Project Veritas and others for their brave work infiltrating these subversive and dangerous groups.

Thanks for reading; and I am also grateful for the work of Oath Keepers and Project Veritas. I am sure one reason some Democrats are resisting Sessions’ appointment is because they fear a DOJ that doesn’t turn a blind eye to the left.

These are more than “leftists”.
These are communist front organizations allied with islamic terrorists and constitute “Domestic Enemies”.
They have had free reign thanks to a complicit government in DC and the press.
They can only be countered through acts of merciless violence and a willingness to exterminate them wherever they hide.
Its the only effective way.
Communists never go away peacefully and will kill if not killed first.
Because they control all of the institutions, and we don't.
