Feldman nailed it.

A miracle God has given the USA a chance to undo generations of degradation.

We ABSOLUTELY MUST keep this movement alive! This CLIMATE CHANGE.

Administrative law is an untamed monster, regulations get no judicial review, these agencies are regarded as part of the executive branch and can publish whatever they want as regulations, virtually no stopping them, these agencies need to be brought to heel and their budgets slashed.

If you have already had your morning coffee, and are sharp about the law and government, get a second cup of coffee and read the linked article A Revolution In Administrative Law, by the Hoover Institution.

http://www.hoover.org/research/revolution-administrative-law

Let me put it this way, “revolution” is an understatement.

This will change the way the entire federal bureaucracy operates, as it has since FDR’s New Deal. And it is happening right now. Republican Representative Bob Goodlatte of Virginia brought up the bill, and the House has already voted in favor of it 237-187.

Archive this article and follow this story. It is some of the most important legislation you will ever see.

In real terms, it is the “enabling act” for the agenda of President Trump and his entire cabinet.
