Last night, on the day of the “Women’s March”, SNL continued their belittlement of the first female campaign manager of a winning presidential campaign.

They follow the Alinsky advice to freeze and personalize her as a target because she is so effective, but they expose their own hypocrisy in the process. (Just as the media did by their glowing coverage of a “women’s march” for which a pro-Sharia Palestinian activist was one of the core four organizers.

The way I see it is they (democrats and media) are doubling-down on stupid, and not doing any analysis and repositioning using new strategies and tactics.

Is that ALL they’ve got? Minorities grievances and hate?

Because that will NOT win elections. Well, it will in Massachusetts, New York and California. Probably Washington and Oregon, too, just because of Seattle and Portland. BUT NOT in most of the country.

Trump has taken their rank and file, blue collared, white, Midwest workers from them, and the same old, same old is NOT going to get them back.

This is a BIG political shift; as big as when the South went Republican during the Nixon days.

The Republicans have a lock on the South that the dems cannot crack. It now appears that Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin are now RED (or we should be Blue, and the dems red). This could be a generation-long lock.

New battleground states will appear: Minnesota, Maine, Nevada, New Mexico.

Kellyanne Connaway has been a true soldier for the cause.She endured the most and gave the most to get her candidate elected and she won along with the rest of us.

She recently turned 50 and what a birthday it was!She deserves a tremendous amount of credit for a job extremely well done.

And just in case no one is looking she's a gal and a great looking gal as well!

............. While I'm at it, it's time we looked inward a little and praised ourselves for a job extremely well done. Without sites like FR and others exposing the excesses and lies of the left all designed to keep the communist movement in place and all the other disasters that were the thugocracy the country would have been far worse off.

FReeRepublic.com collectively has done an excellent job and those posters on this thread included should take a bow and be content to having done their best in getting a true patriot,President Donald Trump, elected.

The fact that an Islamic faction was one of the organizers of the Women’s March is laughable at best. Islam is responsible for the worst abuses of women and children not only throughout history, but at present day. Islamic supremacists who wish to impose Sharia law in America have infiltrated various leftist movements in order to appear as an oppressed minority.

A conservative woman,Maya Shwayder of the Jerusalem Post, tried to oppose the leader of the islamist movement,Linda Sarsour--a card carrying muzzie, yesterday and was banned from ever posting to her on facebook since there was no answer to why islam treats women the way they do.

Good morning Freepers. As always, allow me to thank AB and his fine posting of this thread every Sunday. For today will be a Sunday talk show political day of great proportions not to mention it’s raining here so what better way to pass a Sunday.

Week Just Passed

Obviously the big news of the Week Just Passed is the inauguration, if not the sudden disappearance of FreeRepublic web site.

I watched every minute of the inauguration, including the pre-ceremonies, during, and after, including all the Balls, the speech, some of the riots and of course, I adored Melania’s outfit.

So allow me, one of the few on this forum speaking for females, to describe.

It was a beautiful powder blue. The sheath fit Melania perfectly with a matching jacket, perfect for a chilly DC day and totally matching the outfit. She wore long gloves, classy, that same blue bringing azure to an overcast day. Her shoes also matched.

During the luncheon ceremonies Melania could remove the gloves and jacket and still look as marvelous as when she started out that morning.

As for the inauguration speech, well I was taken aback.

Not in a bad way mind you. But goodness, President Trump was surrounded by the “establishment” as he ranted on about how none of them listened to us.

Which is true and I am so glad this man isn’t going to turn into a wimp sandwich now that he has power. But I thought it more of a campaign speech than an inauguration speech.

Although again, I sure did love it.

Beyond that, my only big thought of this past weekend is how very tiring all this pomp and circumstance has to be. Goodness, the guy is 70 years old and while he is quite healthy….well I couldn’t do it is what I am saying here.

My mother-in-law calls me every Thursday and we had just a great conversation this past week. First, MIL is very liberal, lives in Massachusetts, is 87 years old, just broke up with her boyfriend (thought I’d throw that in) and voted for Barack Obama….TWICE!

First thing she says, with worry in her voice, is she hopes no one kills Donald Trump.

Yes she was one of those forgotten, those that Obama ignored even though she voted for him. Plus her grandson, Matthew Fish who is now 14 and will someday be President, was devoted to Trump.

Thus MIL is a bit more Conservative this year.

So I got to talking about how I attended Ronald Reagan’s inauguration, which I described on this thread last week.

GUESS WHAT SHE TOLD ME?? Like to knock my socks off.

SHE ATTENDED THE INAUGURATION OF HARRY TRUMAN!

Indeed she and her husband, Bill Fish Sr, President of the Baybanks in Massachusetts and dedicated member of the military, were on their honeymoon. They had friends in DC so they stayed with them and attended Truman’s inauguration.

Well I thought it was just great.

MIL also asked me what I thought of Pence because, insert smile here, the Fish people are originally from Indiana, having moved to Massachusetts when my husband, Bill Jr., had just turned 16.

She’s big into politics this year but, as is her wont, she must worry. It’s what she does.

Anyway, watching the Sunday talk shows today with an eagerness and so glad FreeRepublic is working.

Thanks for the praise Fish. I agree Melania was stunning and a welcomed replacement for the previous first lady who was as nasty as they come.

Trump's speech was excellent and in 16 minutes he accomplished more than any potus before Ronald Reagan who he will be compared to more and more just as Melania is compared to Jackie O. Great post.

The so-called Women's March was just the same old communists progressives covered in the veneer of women's rights, of which Trump is absolutely no threat.

Yesterday at this “march” in DC, they gave it away. The marchers were asked to put sticky notes all over the signs downtown telling people what they want.

Here's a picture of just one of them. NOTE how many other typical Leftist talking points are up there:

Gun control, gay rights, environmentalism, ObamaCare, Anti-voter ID, you name it, it's up there. ALL of these issues areopposed by most of the country! They were REJECTED on Nov 8th!

The media never mentions this, nor who paid (Soros funded orgs) for all the support given, nor who paid for the manufactured and printed signs (Soros funded orgs), etc. etc.

Chris is upset that Spicer had a news conference about “insignificant” issues. Really? I hope Reince brings-up the significant issues.

They have called Trump Hitler. Called him a clown. Cheated during the debates. Made fun of Barron. Accused Melania of plagiarism. Trump people are mad as H*ll.

This is going to be one battle after another folks; buckle-up!
