Takes a lot more money to defend this kind of charge versus a slap-on-the-wrist disturbing the peace type of thing.

The leaders or Disrupt20 is going to enjoy some long jail times for conspiracy and incitement to riot.

Does the money from the fines go into the US Treasury's general fund?
If so, I see a very nifty way of reducing the deficit on the backs of Soros and his ilk, especially if RCIO statutes are used which allow triple damages.

Excellent. Especially letting them out on their own recognizance. Many will fail to show up for their hearings, then be felony fugitives. Next time they get stopped for a traffic violation they’ll get the felony fugitive treatment. Held without bail for the duration of their case/trial.

Yes!!
This better happen to, no backing down.

Good they should be charged.
