The U.S. Labor Department accused Oracle on Wednesday of wage discrimination in favor of white men and of hiring discrimination in favor of Asian Americans, in a lawsuit that could cut off federal contract dollars to the Redwood City technology giant.

This would seem to be a way for government to get out of contracts they don’t like.

Right, even muzzie scum are “Asians” in Europe.
Perhaps, with a new Department of Labor, the principles of Oracle will see some jail time.
Fining a company like this does little good. Oracle, like all companies, has no money of it’s own. The money will ultimately come from the stockholders.

As a yoot I worked at the amusement park where Oracle now stands: Marine World, Africa USA.
It moved to the east bay when it had to egress the parcel. The name is even more apropos now.
This suit has a shelf life of less than 30 days.
So a similar suit also filed against Thiel’s Palantir Technologies.
Almost makes you wonder how quickly the tech companies’ overwhelming support for the Obama side might crumble once the Obama side is no longer in power.
