Anyone who has ever dealt with the Federal bureaucracy already HAS "..a negative impression of federal service."
The outcome of the election was (at least partially) a RESULT (not a cause) of said "...negative impression."
I absolutely despise that phrase “federal service”. Most of these people are nothing but parasites. There is NO service involved. GAAAAAH!
