I have to agree as well. This was really the only choice Trump made that I did not understand. She does not seem like a foreign policy powerhouse. Or a powerhouse at all for that matter.

She's not my Governor but I too believe that Trump was fooled on this selection. Time will tell. Hope I'm wrong.
