Despite frequent and public claims by leftist organizers that they will try to "shut down" the inauguration, which would be a federal crime, and which might involve over 100,000 protesters. There is clearly the possibility of widespread civil disobedience, vandalism, and even violence. It is beyond me how this cannot be considered a threat to Trump.
