King of Prussia also has the largest mall in America and a good amount of other retail and commercial development. It used to be a reliably Republican area, but has gotten steadily more Democrat over the years, like most of the Philly burbs.

I met Daylin Leach back in 2014 - I was a campaign volunteer outside a polling location for the PA-13 primary and he showed up for a few hours as well, as he was a Dem candidate for that race. From the sound of things, his GOTV effort was going to have him win handily - but he came in third. A good object lesson in not believing your own spin.
