Obamas numbers are fake. He’s double counting: at least 8 million people already had health insurance, but got kicked off their insurance plan specifically because of Obamacare. So they had to turn around and sign up with another insurer which was allowed under Obamacare.
Don’t forget also: at the time Obama was braying about passing Obamacare, he and his Rat band of liars kept using the number “47 million uninsured.” Then they hemmed and hawed and whittled the number down to 40 million. In the 2016 presidential campaign, Cankles threw the number 20 million around a lot.
I can’t say this enough: (1) AT BEST 13 million who previously had no healthcare insurance got insurance through Obamacare. (2) There are 330 million plus citizens in the U.S. (3) So stupid @sshole Obama was willing to break the greatest healthcare system in the world in order to “help” 3.9% of the population—and screw the other 96%, the rest of us.
Obama and the Congressional Rats should all be in jail for what they did.

It is amazing how liberals will throw numbers around and know they will never be held to account when their utopian plans don’t work.
No msm news group ever questioned why the number of people who needed Obamacare was “47 million” for all the years prior to passage. But when their failed Obamacare signup began, they started talking about how they hoped they would get 8 million or 10 million to sign up.
There was supposed to be this deep group of deprived citizens who couldn’t wait to enlist, yet when the time came, less than a fourth actually did.
As you said, the entire healthcare system was jolted in order to accommodate perhaps 2%, no more than 4% of all health insurance participants. In addition, the workforce was jolted because the small businesses wanted to keep their number of full-time employees below 50 to avoid Obamacare mandates. So millions were forced to work part-time who needed full-time work.
Bottom line:
1. They lied about keeping your doctor if you wanted.
2. They lied about individuals saving $2500 per year.
3. They lied and changed legislative procedures to pass this monstrosity.
4. They lied about how smoothly the program would start-up.
5. They lied about how many people would benefit.
6. They lied about how much money would be saved against the deficit.
7. They lied about how much relief there would be in all the emergency rooms across the US.
And so on ....
