Looks like a dishonest headline. It contains the name Chelsea, and I am pretty sure Pence made reference to Private Manning, as he should have.

You’re correct and I noticed that too when I first read the article.
I don’t like posting pieces from The Hill any longer because they’re so anti-Trump and this little error reflects that.
This won’t happen till May so you and Donald Trump can block this and the other releases of the traitors and terrorists.
They are probably worried about offending the transpervs and others.
